Been so long!!!!! Changes in the pack.

Well it has been over 2 years since I have been on here!!!

Time for updating, some changes in the pack, Olivia, Elliott and Isabella have a new member of the family......Max.

Max is a nine year old Australian Shep X that came to live with us last September....

Oh Drizzle Drizzle...........

Well if it is true that April Showers will be bringing on May Flowers I am sure that we will have a great garden full of flowers!!!! Oh I am just loving this weather. NOT.

This weather today is not fit for fur or feathers!!! No birds a chirping out there, and us guys a snuggling inside. Even Mum's Raincoat Duck is inside, perhaps i will keep her company!!!!!  Yesterday was beyond beautiful. We were outside so much and the lawn was cut so we were grazing on the grass clippings :)  Had a wonderful walk last nite and now back to the mud puddles..........

A Weekend of Sunshine

Not much has been happening about lately......we are in desperation of some sunshine. We did go to our holiday home last weekend and were able to escape the rain for a bit and enjoy the sunshine. The birds were fluttering about enjoying it as well.

Isabella doesn't enjoy the car rides at all and this proved itself on the way. About 40 minute into our trip she vomitted all over a peacefully sleeping Elliott. He had this total look of disgust on him face when it occured.

But all in all the trip proved warm and inviting :)

The Raspberry Pug

Mummy loves us little furkids so much she decided to make some cards with our pictures...........I think she did a pretty good job of them.

Everyone we know will get personalized cards for their birthday with pictures of us :) I only attached the picture of course of the cards with me.....somewhat a of selfish girl I am...

Living in the lower mainland of BC we deal with alot of rain in many forms.......heavy, light, sprinkles and downpours...................

I hear that spring is just around the corner. Mum looked this morning and little buds are forming on her hydrangea..........does that mean alot more yard time? Yard clean up and less rain? Oh I sure hope so......

The weight it is accumulating..........not just on me.......Mum better get this under control fast or it will be a sight watching me waddle down the street with her...........

It's melting..........

Well finally we are going to see the end of the snow :) Not that I don't like it but I much prefer to have my feet dry.

Mummy wants to embark on a walking plan.......more for us than her she says but I think those extra treats at Christmas did her no good. She said if she walks each one of us 15-20 minutes then she will have walked almost an hour....oh brother.....her excuse right now though is that there are still signs of salt on the sidewalk and she doesn't want this to irritate our toes. That is her story and she is sticking to it.

Dad fell and broke his bum.....he has a broken tailbone~benefit is.....he will be off 6-8 weeks of total pugsnugly time. Bad news is..........he's going to be so bored and perhaps will take on pug like qualities...........sleeping all day, snoring, laying on the couch etc.

Mummy made me a hat to watch the Canucks play their next hockey game.....true fan I am!

We is stuck in a major deep freeze. Our toes are cold and our little noses too:(

Would love nothing more than to be away camping and snuggled by the fire all cozy and warm.

Well we got some of the white stuff last nite....and then rain on top of it.

Doesn't make for a good fluffy run in it.....makes for cold paws!!! We haven't been out much, expecially Ms Olivia that would rather stay curled up in the house with a blanket on her! She is a fair weather girl that is for sure.

Dad had gone out for the nite so Mum said that she is going to stip out the bedroom closets and clean them out.........what is up with that! I just hope she doesn't get lost in the bedroom doing it! She has already advised us that it is a no bedroom day for us as there is too much to get into.......................BORING!

Don't throw the babies out with the bathwater....

Ok Mum has decided that it is spring cleaning.....what is going on!!!

She had gotten in her head that it is time to purge purge purge.....we think she will have some regrets with things she is tossing..........but on the other hand there will be more room for some new toys.

Today she told us she went through her make up drawer and got rid of things that she doesn't wear, last nite at 11 pm she was waking us up going through papers to be shreaded. Gasp.......what is going on with this 2012 year.........we are just not too sure!

DIET.............did I eat treats..........

Well the busy Christmas season is over, pressies are all unwrapped and I hear words of diet........yes Mum did eat far too many treats. She needs those expansion pants to go to work in today and nothing no matter what she does is going to help. We do have a large shoe horn and I am sure with the three of us pugs we could manage to get her in the pants she last wore a week ago but it it too much of a struggle, plus the cupcake look was so last year.

I on the other hand watched my waist line............well not really. Grandma came on Chritmas Eve and spent the night with us which was great....I love my Grandma so much and watched her every move. When her elbow bent I knew that she would be getting food and passing me some too..........potatoe chips! My new favorite but just little bits....not even a whole chip but those little morsals were heaven.

Once again my beloved Gingerbread Man has arrived....he smells a bit different and is not full of holes, missing stuffing ect. I do believe he is a new one for me to love so much..........I was so excited I thought my eyes were going to pop out of my head.

Well best get going....hear Mummy rumbling in the kitchen and we gots to watch her good to keep her mouth shut to the calories.......anyone know how to stitch it up?

Another Busy Issy Weekend

It was such a busy weekend for us!

We had a trip to our 'other house'.........oh when we hear that phrase we do circles of excitement. Ha and the parents think it is because we get a car ride....not, it is acause we gets to all sleep together in the same bed. This time we pinned mummy down.....i was by her neck with Olivia by her knees and Elliott was at the back of her knees.......................she could not roll over and could not move all nite........oh we had her snuggled down tightly and warm.

We got to have a visit with Stanley and his parents Cristy & Gregory. Stanley and Elliott had a couple go arounds that got rather ugly as neither of those ba**ards will give in......oh good thing the parents were all there to pull them off each other. Stanley things he is a little guy and it totally unaware of his size. Elliott on the other hand things he's a big guy not widdle like he is. Oh brother.

we all got to play in the snow and have just a great time. Olivia doesn't like the snow at all and will at all costs avoid it. ..........but when you gots to go you gots to go and she had no choice but to go in da snow.

On our way home we stopped and I met my brother Beau that I had not seen since I came to my new house last January 1st......we was both nerbous as could be. We did the sniffy thing but that was about it. My first Mum picked me up and gabs me all kinds of lub...............Mummy tolds her though that i had puked about 30 seconds earlier but hers not care. She was so excited to see me and said what a beautiful girl I had turned into.

Now better go helps Mum wrap pressies :)

Hats all done....

Well Mummy is finished doing all the hats and they are pretty cool I must say. I had to do a trial run with the blue one for the boy doggy that is getting it. I don't think it is my color but she insisted that I pose for it.

So of course you know what this all means......she won't be sitting on the couch watching TV while she knits anymore..........she'll be ripping around getting already for Christmas now.

Mummy is not a TV watcher very often so we usually snuggle with Daddy at nite as he loves TV.

Well 10 days till Christmas and I know she isn't making us any hats lol....

We have been good puggies so wonder what we shall receive, although lots of love which we get is more than enough.....

Ok what is with this time of year...........

People coming and going and Mum going going going........in the door, out the door. It is like a revolving door about here lately and then she is now sitting on the couch watching tv and knitting! She is making some little hats that someone ordered and can you believe it............we, yes us, the three of us are alowed on the couch? Only of course when we are invited! And what better way for her to knit her puggy hats with some added puggy hair :)

Personally I think that she better get those needles flying to make Isabella one too! She came to the family after the original hats were made.

And we hear that there is some talk about a tree coming to our living room soon!

Sunshine.......and Shopping??

What the heck....it's a beautiful day outside and what does Mum tell us.....

She has to go shopping this afternoon...something wrong with this picture! We want to play on the lovely last day of November in our yard! As you can see I've been in the dirt... Who cares about Christmas shopping...we get treats all the time, one can just tell by looking at our waistlines

Yesterday was a day of dullness.....

We could not go out and play, the weather was so poor but we made up for it this morning.

Just taking a few moments to ponder the day.........

Me, Me and all about Me!

Ok being the youngest in the family has lead me to this realization that I should be the most important in the family. Well ok maybe not the most important but by far the neediest.

Our parents love us so much but come on, I need more, more and more. And I have a plan to wrap them around my paws so tightly they won't know what hit them.

For instance on the weekend we were going to our other house in North Bend and I was riding in my crate........only because I sometimes get car sick and it would be a horror story if i happened to lean over the front seat and vomit down Dad's back. Olivia and Elliott were riding nicely on the seat together in the back all curled up together.......sigh.... So I started this little whine thing.....whine...wimper and it worked. Dad pulled over in the pouring rain in a well lite area for 'baby girl' to get out to pee. Sucker.....just wanted a cuddle and to see his smiling face in the street lite area in the pouring rain....ah how he loves me.

Then in the middle of the night when we were all snugly in bed I started again...whine....wimper ...and up Mum got at 3:30 am to take me for a pee..........got her too....then wrapped up in her arms off to their snugly bed I went. Rather snug as it is a double bed and with us 3 pugs there really is no room in it for Mum and Dad.

Olivia told me that I must stop this behaviour as she wears the tiara and not me...........we'll see about that!!

Love Isabella....oh ya I am one now as of the 29th of October so smarter, older and wiser than my last post! That is my birthday picture playing in the mud where my family just put in their new waterlines and my loberly loberly grass is all gone.

Don't leaves me behind

I can't believe it, Mum asked me if I would like a drive!!! So off we went to find adventure. We found some beautiful fall leaves, some sheep, pumpkins and a hydrant!!! Oh what a lovely day out I had :) Love Elli

I've just been too busy lately..............holidays, sunshine and enjoying life.........back at it soon.

Raspberries to you.

Well we were away this past week at our getaway house I fell totally in love with raspberries and could not escape them no matter where I went.....they were after me. Well ok......truth be known it was I after them! No time now to post anymore as I am going to bed to dream of them :)
