Well Mum & Dad are officially on holidays after today!! I hear we are going camping~Elliott is a bit frightened as he has never gone before. I sure hope he doesn't cry and keep me up all nite! I tell him it is ok, just got to watch out for the mosquitos and that is about it. I love to camp as there is so much cuddle time with my pawrents. There are always lots of people to visit with too. Sometimes I see there deer walking into the campsite and she is so beautiful....not as beautiful though as me! Well stay cool, looks like it is going to be a bit better out there. We have our cooling blankets though that Mummy made.

Tooooo Hot!!!

Oh my goodness oh my goodness.........we are just too hot! Good thing that Mum & Dad bought that airconditioner!!! It is in the kitchen and they can close the doors so we stay nice and cool. But when we want to come out and play and visit and watch TV the rest of the house is very hot.....but we need our love too. Mum is busy as we speak making us cooling blankets!!!! They are suppost to cool us down but we are afraid of them...........she will just have to catch us at a moment when we are sleeping and put them on us. They are suppost to suck the heat out of us and keep as comfortable!!!!! Oh I sure hope they work! Love Olivia & Elliott....ps she is making a bandana for Taz too!!! We are all going camping soon so hope it cools down. Molson is getting one too!!!

What can i say....at my age...not too much! I am adjusting to my new home and love my family already!!! I'm too hot through...but I have peed & pooped outside already!! Oh my big sister Olivia is teaching me well!!! I'll write more when it cools down!!

Oppsy...

I am just so tired from this heat I forgot to tell you that Jean and Molson came over after dinner too. There was fuss again about Elliott......I jumped up on Jean and got her white pants dirty as I wanted in on the action too!! Jean is Gregory's Mum. Gregory is Cristy's boyfriend and he has been away for almost 2 months....I'M GOING TO PEE MYSELF WHEN HE COMES HOME! I love Gregory just as much as Cristy...she said NOT! Molson is their dog, he is so sweet. He came to stay with me the end of May when his family went away so it was great to catch up with stuff with him. Well niters again!

Elliott's first day

Well it was an incredibly hot and humid day today....not too much for my liking at all. I think the storm we had last nite with the fireworks in the sky and the loud banging had something to do with it. As a black pug-girl I like to be on the cooler side but do enjoy the sunshine on me as well. Ha that is why my Dad bought me an airconditioner! Mum got up early today and we had coffee and a pee outside, me not mum, she just had the coffee. Then back into the house as Dad was up and you know how I love my Dad. Every moring when he gets up for work, like at some ungodly hour i think about 2:30 am, we have breakfast together. Today we all sat about and had our breakfast.........although I have no idea what the heck was up with Dad as HE FORGOT TO GIVE ME MY TOAST! So there seemed to be alot of chit chat going on between them and then the next thing I know they are walking out the door and leaving me! I cried as I wanted to go also to get my brother! Cristy finked on me too when they did finally arrive home with Elliott, she told them I was crying the entire time they were gone~LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE! OK I'll admit it I did put on a bit of a performance but come on it is nothing that she hasn't done in the past! So anyways back on track here....he walked through the door....OMG there is my bro! OK he is really small, just six and a half weeks old...a bit younger than I was when I arrived. I followed him all around and did not let him out of my sight. He has alot of white on his chest and his tips of his toes are white like he stepped in wet paint or something....nothing that Dad's permanent marker can't fix! We got aquainted in the kitchen where he ATE AND ATE...GLUTTON BOY IS WHAT I AM GOING TO CALL HIM! We did go outside for a bit before Grandma and Grandpa came for a visit. We had fun outside although I was somewhat too excited and plowed him down....cried like the little baby he is but he got scouped up right away and snuggled and I kind of felt bad about the whole situation. He got to visit with the neighbours as Mum and Dad put him throught the fence to see the kids. I love kids myself so it is a good thing if they get him socialized soon with the little people. I am going to have to wait along time for kids as neither my big brother Travis or Cristy are having any yet. Guess I'll just have to visit and socialize with the little people when we are all out and camping. When Grandma and Grandpa came we went into the house and into the cool air of the kitchen, Gosh I love my Dad for the airconditioner...you're the best!! We had a nice visit, seemed to be alot of stink going on about Elliott but everyone was good that I did not feel left out at all. Well after everyone left the family all went shopping and left Elliott and me home alone.....Elliott did not take too much of a liking to this and he was in the excersize pen in the kitchen and cried for them...ha Cristy who is the tattle tail person now eh! I stayed in the kitchen in my bed close to Elliott and kept him company and settled him down. He was good with that and by the time Mum, Dad and Cristy got home he was playing and I was sleeping away. Well it is still too hot to write anymore for the nite. I think I'll go flop myself out on the couch and catch some zzzzzzzzzzzzzs before nite nite time. With the way Elliott eats and his fat belly I sure hope he isn't going to snore all nite and keep me up! My Mum said that she will try to attach a picture of the two of us on this for everone to see how sweet we are! Niters

Olivia's beginning...as told by Olvia

So my new Mum and Sister came and looked at me, played with me and then left me...my heart sank as I was the only puggy left and thought that no one wanted me! But they came back with the cash! There was no doubt in my mind that they were going to love me to pieces and I would love them too. On the ride home in the car it was exciting, wasn't my first trip as I had previously gone and got my shots. A bit of fear was in me as I was thinking that I was going to that scary sterile place again to be jabbed by that pinlike thing. We stopped at my new Grandparents house and had snuggles with them...they can't have pets where they live but I snuck in. Also on my way home we stopped at Krista's place, she is Cristy's friend. Krista just got a new puppy too and we had a photo shoot taken and it was pretty sweet. The off again in the car, where to this time I wondered?? To my new house! When I entered my new house I said goodbye to my past and welcome to my new beginning. My new house was a big place. I was instantly wisked downstairs to Cristy's room as my new Dad was sleeping and knew nothing about me. I snuggled up to Cristy after a bit of play and slept all nite. I was not scared at all as I knew she was there to love me. So the next morning after some play time we went to the pet store where they got me all kinds of goodies including a snazzy purse that I would ride in all over the place. It was so soft and I felt so secure in it. Then my new family had a shopping date planned and they took me to my Mum's office where she worked and the people there were very kind and looked after me. Then my new family came and picked me up and took me home again. When my new Dad came home Cristy asked him to look at the new purse, he asked how much, she told him the price (what they paid for me) and then he thought she was crazy!! She told him to look inside and he saw me. There he was, the love of my life with his eyes huge reflecting through his glasses. I wasn't the love of his life at first....Well that nite Cristy had soccer practice, Mum asked Dad to watch me.....she caught him gazing in at me in my purse a little curious about me although he would not admit it. Then another great sleep after some play as it was an extrememly busy day for me. The next day (Thursday) Mum was home for the morning and Cristy too. We had some play time then off to work Mum went and I stayed home with Cristy. Later in the evening Cristy called my Mum to tell me that Dad had actually picked me up and I was snuggled around his neck watching TV with him. That was the beginning of my love for my Dad and family. I have a special bond for Dad and I wait patiently even now for him to come home from work. I love my family so much. Puglicious times two

Well Ms Olivia will be having her 2nd birthday September 29, 2009. She has added so much fun into our lives and always has us in stitches. She is an adorable black pug that was 7 weeks old when we got her. Never in our wildest dreams did we ever ever think that we would have a small dog! We're big dog people. Having lost our border collie Candy in November of 2007 it was too much sadness. I could not stay focused and all I wanted to do was cry. We have our old guy Taz who is an outside boy just like Candy was and they were such good friends for many many years. So I saw the add in the paper for this little puggy girl and she was the last one. This wasn't even a week later after loosing our Candy dog and by no means was I looking for a replacement for her, just someone else that I could focus on and love. Well....we just went to look (my daughter Cristy & I.) Well once we saw her we knew that we had to have this crazy little wall eyed creature that could fit in the palm of our hand. So along came Olivia into our lives and added so much joy. WELL ON SUNDAY......WE ARE GETTING OLIVIA'S FULL BROTHER FROM ANOTHER LITTER....PUGLICIOUS TIMES TWO! His name will be Elliott.
